Our office is in Stockley, Wiltshire, This is centrally located between Melksham, Calne and Devizes and provides us with a peaceful and inviting space for you to visit.

Alistair has been Company Director at Blueleaf Property since 2010, he leads with a commitment to personal service and local expertise. With a passion for helping clients find the perfect tenants or buyers for their property, Alistair combines professionalism with a friendly, approachable style. Outside of work, he enjoys keeping active at the gym and spending quality time with his family.
Clare Richter
Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Clare brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in the property industry. Having previously run her own successful estate agency, Clare offers expert knowledge, professionalism, and a personal touch to every client interaction. A dedicated mum of two, Clare balances her busy career with family life and takes pride in helping people find their ideal homes.
Simon Pratt
Property Manager
With a corporate background and a sharp eye for problem-solving, Simon brings a professional, solutions-driven approach to property management. Known for his calm and efficient handling of issues, he ensures properties are managed smoothly and to a high standard. Simon builds strong relationships with landlords and tenants alike, always focused on delivering reliable, high-quality service. Outside of work, Simon enjoys clay pigeon shooting and exploring the open road on his motorcycle.

Claire is the powerhouse behind the scenes, keeping everything running smoothly. With a talent for organisation and a knack for problem-solving, she ensures the day-to-day operations stay on track. From admin to logistics, Claire’s the one who keeps the wheels turning. Outside of work, Claire enjoys relaxing with family, tackling DIY projects, and planning her next holiday.
Tory Saunders
Director
While not involved in the day-to-day operations, Tory plays a vital role behind the scenes. She ensures the team has the right systems, facilities, and support to perform at their best. Tory is also involved in shaping the company’s marketing efforts and brings creativity and structure to every project. Outside of work, she's a busy mum of two.
Val Sheehan
Viewings Consultant
Val works part-time as our dedicated Viewings Consultant, and she loves helping people find their perfect home. Friendly and approachable, she makes every viewing a positive experience. When she’s not meeting clients, Val enjoys crafting and spending time with her grandchildren.
