If we manage your tenancy then any maintenance issues, rental payments and general enquiries are directed to us, and we organise all of this on behalf of the landlord.
If the tenancy is managed by your landlord and we have helped set everything up from the beginning, then we will hand over the tenancy information pack and your landlords’ details for you to contact them in case you have any queries during your tenancy.
