Fully Managed Service

Our fully managed service is a worthwhile investment if you’re looking to save on the time and hassle involved in owning a rental property, such as marketing your property, collecting rent payments, and dealing with tenant issues.

Our team can also help manage multiple rental properties if you find yourself overwhelmed with landlord responsibilities. Choosing our fully managed service is a great avenue to explore if you don’t live near your property or don’t want to fully commit to the hands-on role of managing the rental. Scale of fees
  • 11% of each month’s rent plus VAT (13.2% inc VAT) 
  • Initial set up fee of £350 plus VAT (£420 inc VAT).
    This covers the administration cost of preparing and letting the property.

Blueleaf Tenant Introduction

Tenant Introduction Service

If you’re looking for a service to introduce a new tenant into your rental property, then our Tenant Introduction Service will be for you.

From marketing your rental property and providing our rental valuation right through to referencing your chosen applicant and conducting the move in appointment. Once we’ve moved your new tenant in, we’ll then hand over the reigns to you for you to manage all ongoing aspects of the tenancy going forward.

  • £700.00 plus VAT (£840.00 inc VAT)
