How long do you want the tenancy for?
A tenancy is usually a minimum of 6 months. A long term let is usually considered 18 months or longer. If you’re looking for a shorter let, other options are available.
Have your ID prepared!
Ensure you have suitable ID so that we can carry out the legal right to rent check for renting property in the UK. If you don’t have a passport or driving license, speak to the agent about your options for alternative documents to use.
Start preparing information for the referencing process.
We will need to confirm your identity, immigration status, credit history and possibly employment status. The more prepared you are with this information, the smoother the referencing process is for all involved.
